Face Cleansing

Your experience looks back at you from the reflection...does it look dry or greasy or lethargic, or does it look glowing and radiant?
This relies on how you take care of your experience. Start by giving yourself 15 moments in the morning and 15 moments at bed time.

Tip 1:

Take 1 tablespoons of un-boiled dairy, dip a small pad of pure cotton made of wool in this and rub on the experience carefully. Use round motions, use way up swings on the throat area. Keep this on for 15 moments. Clean with cool h2o.

Tip 2:

Take a dense piece of cucumber. Don't remove the piece, rub in a round movement all over the throat and experience areas. Clean after 15 moments.

Tip 3:

Halve a tomato, carefully rub over throat and experience and wash after 15 moments.

Tip 4:

Take the half of a calcium remove, from which the juice has been produced, rub this strongly on the experience and the throat. Using a Scrub-(once in 3-4 days).

After washing off the dairy or juice - take a tsp of oat rice bran or rice husk or g flour (besan). Create a insert with a few falls of h2o and rub the throat and experience carefully with this. This sloughs away the dead cells and gives the experience a shine. Don't use detergent, just sprinkle on cool h2o that will act as an astringent and near the skin pores.

Tip 5:

Use green g powdered or grain flour mixed with curds instead.

Oily Skin: If the experience is greasy,

After a bath as a base for make-up use some watered down limejuice to dab on before application of base or any other make-up.

Tip 6:

Diluted buttermilk dabbed on the experience and left for 15 moments, carefully clean with wet pure cotton made of wool before applying make-up.

Tip 7:

Rub the experience well with an ice dice.

Tip 8:

Slice an Apple into slim pieces. Place these on the experience leave for 15 moments. These dip up the extra oil and helps to shut skin pores.
